New customers who agree to respond to our customer satisfaction questionnaire will be awarded a first order translation charge discount of 3-10% according to volume. This is a questionnaire to be filled in by the customer after receipt of the first translation to give us an idea of customer satisfaction with our service, and help us to deliver an even better product when the customer calls again. Note: This questionnaire is designed to be filled in only after receipt of the ordered translation, not at the time of order. Please note also that discounts cannot be awarded to those customers who did not request a first order discount at the time of ordering.
